My Dogs Place is an amazing training facility. The instructors truly care about how you train your dog, using positive reinforcement methods that work! We have a stubborn French bulldog who is also deaf and they are so helpful with modifying our training to accommodate American sign language! Max and Savannah are awesome instructors!
We were told the only prerequisite for the agility class was basic obedience. We have had our German Shepard trained both in house and at Pet Smart. When we came back two days before the start of the class we went to pay and began talking to a blonde lady. She immediately had a bad attitude. Contrary to what we were told previously, she exclaimed that our dog must be clicker trained as well. She proceeded to say that they offer a clicker training course which is a one time session for $85. The combination of rude service and terrible miscommunication between staff lead us to leave and never recommend this establishment to any dog owner. Also, on the way out, we over heard the lady taking to another employee in a snarky tone of voice about us.
We have been with my dogs place since we got our puppy for socials, classes, and daycare. I have been amazed at their unbelievable service, kindness, and knowledge. They really are a phenomenal business and exceed at every aspect of what they do.
